Our hand-held pressurizer has a pre-set regulator that restores the head space of a Champagne or sparkling wine to exactly the same CO2 pressure that existed in the bottle before uncorking. To be used with 16 gm NT food and beverage grade disposable CO2 cartridges.
Can be used with The Perlage system® and The Perlini system™.
NOTE: The hand-held pressurizer is to be used in conjunction with the Perlage enclosure or Perlini shaker. This item does NOT come with CO2 cartridges, it is only the hand pressurizer.
